Tim Frye is the Site Manager for the Rock Island Arsenal Development Group. Recently promoted from Marketing Manager, he is responsible for all tenant management, space renovations, and marketing. He has been with the organization since its inception in 2004. Rock Island Arsenal Development Group is a non-profit organization that has an exclusive facility use agreement with the Army to market underutilized space on the Rock Island Arsenal to commercial firms.
