Maggie Tinsman, a current member of the Davenport Rotary Club, served as State Senator for District 41 (Bettendorf –Davenport) for eighteen years.  She currently serves on the Early Childhood Business Council,  the Iowa Initiative to Reduce Unintended Pregnancies, the Iowa Board of Health, the Iowa Legal Aid Foundation, and Scott County KIDS Board.  Nationally she serves on the National Advisory Committee on Rural Health and Human Services.  She is married and the  mother of three, grandmother of eight and resident of Bettendorf.  Both University of Colorado (BA, Phi Beta Kappa) and University of Iowa (MSW) are Alma Maters.  In 2008 she received an Honorary Doctor of Public Service Degree from St. Ambrose University.  Currently she has become a major speaker on the "Global and Local Problems of Human Trafficking."  And has started a consulting business, "Maggie Tinsman, LLC", specializing in early childhood education development, health and human services issues, and promotion of public service for women. 

Sister Roberta Brick received her BA from Marycrest College, her EDS from Arizona State University, and did her post graduate work at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.  She has been a life long educator and member of the Congregation of Humility of Mary.  She was a teacher and administrator in schools in Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Illinois and Hawaii.  She served as coordinator of the Schools for the Conflict Center in Denver, Colorado.  She just completed twelve years of leadership with the Sister of Humility of Mary.  Presently, she is coordinator of the Religion Education Program for St. Anthony Parish in Davenport.  For the past three years she has been cooperating with person of various faith orientations to raise awareness of human trafficking at local and nation levels.
 
Gail Karp, a current member of the Davenport Rotary Club, is an invested Cantor serving Temple Emanuel of Davenport, a Reform Jewish Congregation.  She has received a Master of Music from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Bachelors of Sacred Music and an Honorary Doctor of Music Degree from the Hebrew Union College.  Cantor Karp is a nationally certified Grant Professional and Fund Raising Executive who has worked for over 20 years with nonprofit organizations that serve persons with disabilities, at-risk children, and religious organizations.  She is married to former Davenport Rotary member, Rabbi Henry Karp, and is a mother of three.  
 
Chief Frank Donchez, a current member of the Davenport Rotary Club, was born and raised in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.  He is a graduate of Moravian College (Bethlehem, PA), Temple University School of Law (Philadelphia, PA), and the FBI National Academy (Quantico, VA).  Frank was a member of the Bethlehem Police Department from February 1981 to July 2006.  He was appointed Police Commissioner in Bethlehem, PA in April 2001 and remained in that position until retirement in July 2006.  Next, he was appointed Chief of Police in Davenport, Iowa on March 1, 2008.  Frank is married to Beverly Donchez (29 years) with two children Nathan (25) and Jacob (18).
