Mayor Bill Gluba will deliver his eighth “State of the City” address at the Davenport Rotary Club at noon on Monday, April 6.  The mayor said he is excited to share his message with our Rotary members.  He will highlight the City’s strong growth, balanced budget, record spending on streets and the positive business climate that he has helped create through his relationship building with businesses of all kinds.
