For the past seven years managed the City of Raytown, Missouri as its City Administrator. Mr. Sharma is highly adept at management of limited resources in the face of budgetary constraints. He is a proven creative/forward strategic thinker with exceptional people skills; comfortable in motivating and supervising culturally diverse work force, and interfacing with the media.
