Check presented to the American Red Cross - Sound the Alarm Program.
At the May 14, 2018, Rotary Club of Davenport Monday Meeting, President Jim Wegener presented a check to Amber Wood, Rotarian and Director of the American Red Cross, in the amount of $1,200.00 as a donation from the Rotary Club to the "Sound the Alarm" Program.
Amber Wood thanked everyone on behalf of the American Red Cross for the generous donation. Also, she advised that over 700 fire alarms were installed on Saturday, April 28, 2019. This massive project could not have been accomplished without the help of all the volunteers and donations received from the community.
