North Scott Rotary Annual Dinner & Auction

 

I would like to invite you and your Rotary clubs to join us at our annual dinner and auction being held next Friday, November 20th at the Rogalski Center on the campus of St. Ambrose University. Our event, North Scott Rotary Rallies for Youth is our one and only fundraiser we host each year. 

 

I have attached a flyer on the event and am asking if you would be kind enough to share it with your members. In the past we have visited a number of your clubs to promote this event, but due to timing and major changes we undertook this year, we are not able to do so. We do apologize for that as we always enjoy visiting other clubs and getting a chance to know other Rotarians. 

 

This year our ticket price is $25 and includes, dinner, desert, beer, soft drinks, and coffee. (We are working on some wine options this week and may be able to include some in the ticket price as well). Our event will feature a photo booth and many fun activities during our silent auction portion of the evening. 

 

Doors open at 5:30 PM. Our silent auction will last from 5:30 - 7:15 and dinner will be served at approximately 7:15. Once dinner is concluded we will begin our live auction portion. 

 

We have had incredible community support and are happy to announce for the first time that we will have 193 silent auction items, 34 live auction items, a TV raffle, a 50/50 drawing, and a fun Grab 4 Grub event featuring local restaurants.
